Neville Precision Engineering specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for aluminium extruded products. With over 30 years of industry expertise, we manufacture components ranging from 50mm up to 8,000+mm. Our primary area of expertise is the 4- and 5-axis CNC machining of parts over 1,000mm in a single operation, eliminating the need to re-index the material. This advanced capability ensures consistent accuracy along the entire length and maintains a highly repeatable, premium-quality production process.

Operating with a fully integrated production control system and the latest 3D CAD/CAM software, we have invested over £1M in cutting-edge CNC machinery and inspection equipment. Our facility is equipped with 10 long-length CNC milling machines and two CNC double-mitre saws, giving us the flexible capacity to fulfill orders from one-off prototypes to volume runs in the thousands. For stringent quality assurance, we utilize our new wireless Nimble scanner to provide highly accurate, comprehensive 3D CMM inspection reports for your parts.

To further support our clients, we feature in-house 3D printing to create sample extrusions and manufacture complex custom jigs for our CNC centers. We are highly adaptable to your supply chain, working either as a subcontractor utilizing free-issue material or sourcing raw materials directly on your behalf.
